Marrakech Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
The short version
- Buy the Full Hammam Kit at maisonzahra.co.uk between 5 and 30 November 2026. Each kit is one entry.
- One winner wins a 3-day / 2-night trip to Marrakech for two, to be taken between February and November 2027.
- The winner is drawn on or around 20 January 2027.
- UK residents aged 18+ only. The full terms are below.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Maison Zahra Ltd (company number 17456615), registered in England and Wales ("Maison Zahra", "we", "us"). Contact: info@maisonzahra.co.uk.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok, or with any airline, riad or hammam that provides part of the prize.
2. Promotion period
The giveaway opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 5 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 30 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not valid entries.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding:
- employees of Maison Zahra and their immediate families;
- employees of any company professionally connected with the giveaway; and
- anyone directly involved in running the giveaway.
4. How to enter
To receive an automatic entry, buy the Full Hammam Kit at maisonzahra.co.uk during the Promotion Period, either for immediate dispatch or on pre-order. No separate entry form is required.
Each Full Hammam Kit purchased gives one entry (for example, two kits = two entries).
Purchases of other products, and orders placed through TikTok Shop or any other platform or retailer, do not qualify.
Products are sold at Maison Zahra's usual retail or promotional prices. Prices have not been increased to reflect the opportunity to enter this giveaway.
5. Cancelled, refunded and invalid orders
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid are excluded, at any time, including after the draw. If the winning order is cancelled or refunded, the prize is forfeited and another winner will be drawn at random from the remaining valid entries.
6. Bonus entry (optional)
Customers who have placed a qualifying order can earn one extra entry by commenting on the official giveaway post on @maisonzahraofficial, tagging the person they would take and saying why, and sending their order number to @maisonzahraofficial by Instagram direct message before the end of the Promotion Period. There is a maximum of one bonus entry per order. A bonus entry only counts where we can match it to a valid qualifying order. Comments that are offensive, spam or break Instagram's rules may be disregarded.
7. The prize
There is one prize: a 3-day / 2-night trip to Marrakech, Morocco, for the winner and one guest, including:
- return economy flights from a London airport on a budget airline, hand luggage only, up to a maximum value of £150 per person;
- 2 nights' accommodation in a riad (one double or twin room, breakfast included);
- return airport transfers in Marrakech;
- a traditional hammam experience for two; and
- two Maison Zahra Full Hammam Kits.
The riad, hammam and transfers will be chosen and booked by Maison Zahra. Images in our promotional materials are for illustration and may not show the exact riad or hammam.
If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may replace it with a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as set out in clause 13.
8. Not included
Travel to and from the UK departure airport, travel insurance, passports and visas, meals other than breakfast, checked luggage, spending money, and any other costs not listed in clause 7.
9. Travel dates and booking
The trip must be taken between 1 February and 30 November 2027. Travel is not available during UK school holidays, bank holiday weekends, Easter or December. All dates are subject to availability.
The winner must agree travel dates with us at least 8 weeks before departure, and Maison Zahra will make the bookings. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flights and dates.
Any flight cost above £150 per person must be paid by the winner before booking. Once travel is booked, any change or cancellation requested by the winner or guest is at their own cost, and any unused part of the prize is forfeited and will not be replaced.
10. Travel requirements and responsibility
The winner and their guest must both be 18 or over, hold passports valid for the whole trip, and meet all entry requirements for Morocco. Both are responsible for their own conduct during the trip. We strongly recommend that they take out travel insurance.
Maison Zahra is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes made by airlines, accommodation or other third-party providers, or for any loss or damage arising from them, except where caused by our negligence.
If the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advises against travel to Morocco, we may postpone the trip or offer the alternative prize in clause 13.
11. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or around 20 January 2027, using a verifiably random selection process. The draw takes place after the cancellation period for all qualifying orders has ended.
12. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by 23 January 2027 using the email address on their qualifying order and, where available, by Instagram direct message.
The winner must reply within 7 days and provide any information we reasonably need to verify their eligibility and arrange the trip, including their guest's details.
If the winner:
- does not reply within 7 days;
- cannot be contacted;
- is found to be ineligible; or
- does not comply with these Terms & Conditions,
we may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
13. Alternative prize
If the winner cannot travel within the travel window, they may instead accept £250 of Maison Zahra store credit. This must be chosen before any travel is booked. No cash alternative is offered.
14. Winner information and publicity
We may make the winner's surname and county available on request, as required by UK promotional rules. The winner may object to this information being published or ask for less to be published. This will not affect our obligation to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
We will only share the winner's name, photos or content from the trip on our channels with their consent.
15. General
We may verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, made through abuse of the giveaway or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
We are not responsible for entries that are not recorded because of a technical fault, website failure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
Our decision on the running of the giveaway and the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Personal data
Personal information provided in connection with this giveaway will be used to run it, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the prize. The winner's and guest's details will be shared with the airline, riad and other providers only as needed to book the trip.
Personal information will otherwise be processed in line with Maison Zahra's Privacy Policy. Any marketing preferences linked to a customer's account or order continue to be governed separately by our Privacy Policy and marketing consent rules.
17. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants keep any mandatory rights they have under the laws of their part of the United Kingdom.
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
